Laptop Touch pad = shutdown in FC4 and FC5

When fedora boots and you go to change rather you want to use kde or gnome
it will shutdown there. Or after you get logged in gnome if you click on
applications and move the mouse cursor down it will also shutdown. Crazy
behavior.
