It must be.  But your mirror is also out of date; 2.1 has been in
Extras for over a month, FC5 has had 2.2 since its release and and now
that CVS is working again the other releases will have it tomorrow.

The bottom line is that it's not a good idea to enable both Extras and
rpmforge repos.
