This is dependent on the mirror you are getting.  The post to the list
should be 2-3 days after the packages are posted and most mirrors have
synced up with each other.

(1)  Check the installed version with 'rpm -q' first to be sure you
don't already have the latest.
(2)  If not, give a few days for the mirrors to sync up.  Usually
within a day after the announcement.
(3)  Report the problems if they are constantly present or you don't
get any updates.
