Yes.

If you're intending to make a disc from an ISO file, be sure to find the
"burn disc from an image" type of option.  Do not just write the ISO to
the disc as a file.  You want a disc that's full of files to be
installed from, not a disc with one ISO file on it.

If you're making some sort of custom disc, you'll have to work that out
for yourself.
