Madwifi + Livna + FC5

WFM, mostly...  The biggest issue I had is

wpa_supplicant is also problematic, but I'm not sure if it's a wpa issue 
or a madwifi issue.  I'll be happy to help more if you have more 
details, but I didn't do much special other than work around the wpa 
problems I've had.

I'm running on an X31 which has the IBM a/b/g card (not sure which 
Atheros part number).
