Hmmm. Maybe, but I don't think so. The message "looks" a little different to 
that I recall (but maybe my memory is going...). 
I am running on a dell 8600 for which apm does nor work and acpi IS enabled 
(the exact opposite to that bug report).

I guess, next time this happens I need to pay more attention to the error.....
