Same here 2.6.16-1.2107_FC5 x86_64 on my laptop eth0 DEAD even with
manual IP assigned ?:-
AMD Athlon 64 Processor 3400+
VIA K8N800
VIA S 3G UniChrome Pro IGP ;would like a driver instead of VESA
in x86_64
1GB Ram
Realtek RTL8139 Family PCI Fast Ethernet
Gone back to 2.6.16-1.2096_FC5 x86_64 !!
