Initial NFS access very slow

I just unmounted my webserver box and remounted it using that command.  It
responds instantly right now, but that doesn't mean much because I have been
using it.  It will be interesting to see if that additional / makes a
difference.  If so I'll be amazed because I have been living with this delay on
initial access for, literally, years.

Guess I should have popped and asked you lot about this before.
