"tiff2bw" no longer recognizes "-c g4" option?

tiff2bw generates a grayscale image (8 bits/pixel), this can't be
converted into CCITT.

Use "tiffcp -c g4" to compress a 1 bit/pixel black and white
tiff file into CCITT.
