FC5 Dell Inspiron 6400 NO SOUND

I have a new Dell Inspiron 6400 notebook, with a Intel Corporation 82801G - High Definition Audio sound card. I try all the solutions on the internet, but I still have no sound. 

Someone can help me?, wath info can I send to try to solve my problem?

Any tips?, links?, black magic??

Please help!!!
