Is there documentation on how to use the Desktop Effects?

I like the Desktop Effects a *lot*.

You'd think that I'd have something better to do than watch my desktops spin
back and forth ... but you'd be wrong!  :)

My problem: I know how to use my mouse to do a couple of the effects, like
moving a window and watching it wiggle, but I don't know how to do much more
than that.

Is there a document that tells me what mouse movements, key sequences, etc.
activate the various special effects?  I have Googled quite a bit, but only
find documents that tell me how to install it.
