Is KDE on Fedora really that bad?

I seriously hope no "official" channel did in fact say that.  And if it did,
we may need to deploy the orbital laser... (or maybe something less drastic
to knock some sense into folks).

otoh, my strictly unofficial advice is usually the opposite (ie, use kde).
