Is KDE on Fedora really that bad?

Umm guys. I wasn't asking for a comparison of Gnome vs. KDE. I was
asking for a comparison of KDE on Fedora vs. KDE on distro X.

Peace to those who like/use Gnome, but this isn't part of my query.
