Livna nVidia Drivers on PNY G-Force 6200 (128MB)

Here's the problem:
(WW) NVIDIA(0): No modes were requested; the default mode
"nvidia-auto-select"

You didn't request any modes, so the driver is deciding on which mode
is best.  If you request a larger mode, does that work?
