Finding IP range

Is there a command tool that allows me to find what the IP range is
of a specific IP? Right now I hit ARIN's website and type in the IP.
It then tells me if the IP falls under APNIC, RIPE, or LACNIC. I then
go to the respective website to finally find the IP range it falls in.

Is there something I can use that allows me to instantly find the
range without having to go through all those hoops? Ideally something
I feed the IP to and I get a single liner back with the IP range. I
don't want to have to parse through lines and lines of data just to get
what I need (but if that's the only way, I'll take it.)
