Changing swap partition in FC6 - weird message at next boot

I would guesss that this happens in the initrd - the mini file-system that
is loaded at boot before the main system starts - and the initrd probably
still has details of the old swap location. You can build a fresh initrd
with mkinitrd, or install a later kernel which will build one
automatically.
