Default to runlevel 3 on boot.

There are two ways to do that.
First one, you can edit your /etc/inittab (as root) and go to the line:
id:5:initdefault:
Put there a 3 instead of the 5 ;-)
And the second one:
/sbin/telinit 3 (as a root, too)
