Install nautilus-open-terminal.  OK, others have told you that.  Possibly
you need to log out and back in again?

Personally, I prefer to define a launcher icon in the top panel.
Right-click on the top panel and choose "Add to Panel...".  In the list,
click "Application Lancher" and then the "Forward" button, navigate to
Accessories : Terminal, and click "Add".  I then set a custom size, by
right-clicking on the new panel icon, and appending " --geometry=120x40" to
the "Command:" field.
