no sound with flash movies

this sucks and it happens occasionally with everyone.  in most cases, stop
and restart the browser would help.

otherwise check permission of /dev/audio

ls -l /etc/audio

crw------- 1 xxx root 14, 4 Nov  9 07:06 /dev/audio

and it should be owned by ther user
