Boot Loader Not Found

I am trying to do an upgrade of my FC5 to FC6 via a
CD. I am using the DVD version and have checked the
media with media check and sha1sum.
When the install gets to the boot loader part, it
comes back and says it can't find any boot loader. I
want to preserve what I have, what choice do I make?
