I'm not, yet.  What driver are you using?

That's mighty big.  It could be a server leak, or some client could be 
leaking pixmaps... Install "xrestop" and use that to see if any clients 
have extremely large "pxm mem" values.  On my system, Firefox has ~138M, 
and nothing else exceeds 10MB.
