cpio: the folder is make not conform to umask setting

I have apply this patch into SRPMS/cpio-2.6-19.src.rpm of FC6 and I have
test it: Work great!

The new src.rpm is here:

	http://www.solinos.it/pubblica/cpio-2.6-20.src.rpm

Is possible insert this patch in official FC6 package?
