FC5 update to kernel 2187 hangs at bootime

Hey John,

I thought i read somewhere that this latest kernel could be missing some 
sata_* modules thus not been able to boot, I had googled for hours and 
cant remember if this is correct...if I find a fix i'll post to this list.
