How about a command line anything-player?

gst-launch filesrc location='01-Sonata No. 6 in G minor_ andante.flac' ! decodebin ! audioconvert ! audioresample ! autoaudiosink

Should play wav, flac, ogg vorbis, and enything else GStreamer has
plugins for.

Does anyone have a simpler version?
