Considering the fact the even FC4 has gone into legacy mode, even if you
find the bug (using gdb/ddd) I doubt that anyone will role out a fixed
RPM. 

Can you upgrade to a newer FC release?
If you can't, you can always download the FC5 procps SRPM and rebuild
it, hoping for the best.
