Adding Files in Home Directory

Hi Folks
I am new to linux. I am using FC-5.
I want to add some basic files  automatically  during creating users. i.e, i want to put some files other than  .tcshrc,  .bashrc... in their home directory. I dont know how to add the files.  If anybody knows help me
