I don't know how to export the output of ksysguard, but I've attached 
the output of "ps -ef > file" from my system. This system probably 
isn't a good example of a Fedora box since it's old and hacked by me.

I usually use chkconfig to disable services, but there is a gui 
"system->services management" that lets you do this stuff.

as root,

chkconfig httpd off
chkconfig sshd off

Don't know about Knotify, it's part of KDE so maybe there is a KDE 
menu that can stop it (maybe it can't be stopped).
