1) Verify that in Windows you have TCP/IP enabled on the LAN card, that you 
have a TCP/IP address, and netmask set on the LAN card, and that you have 
Internet connection shared enabled

2) On the Linux box, set the Windows LAN card's IP address as your default 
gateway.
