As Matthew suggested, first try and rebuild the RPM database, the
procedure is explained at
http://fedora.redhat.com/docs/drafts/rpm-guide-en/ch04s05.html

Failing this, you might want to consider looking at potential hardware
errors, first by testing the RAM,

You were right, sorry for top posting, I really have the habit to top post, I really don't like to go far at the bottom to know the answer. But I'm not deciding that.

I tried another distro and discover that it was having a lot of segfault... so you were so right and I'm so sad! :(
