I haven't tried FC6 (nor did I try any of the test releases) so I
don't have any direct experience with the new yum based installer.  I
understand it's possible to enable other repos at install time.  Did
you enable the livna or any other third party repos?  Xine is provided
by livna so if it wasn't enabled, I could see xine getting removed.
Just a guess though.
