FC6 mouse scroll wheel problems

Hi all,

I have a Logitech laser MX1000 cordless mouse that worked fine with FC5.
With a clean install of FC6 the scroll wheel does not scroll vertically.
If a horizontal scroll bar is present the scroll wheel will scroll the
screen to the right. Anyone else seeing the same problem?
