You are using both Livna and Freshrpms which is not recommended.

This specific issue arises because Livna packages the ffmpeg
postproc libs and headers in package ffmpeg-devel and Freshrpms
packages that stuff in a different and differently named rpm,
namely ffmpeg-libpostproc.

Uninstall all ffmpeg* related packages and then install all
the ffmpeg packages from either Livna or Freshrpms--not both.
