I did:
yumdownloader kernel-2.6.18-1.2798.fc6.i686
sudo rpm -Uvh --replacefiles --replacepkgs \
	kernel-2.6.18-1.2798.fc6.i686.rpm

yumdownloader comes from the yum-utils package.
