To be fair, its a little more problematic than that. It doesn't just install 
the wrong headers but the kernel too, at least for me. This broken cpu 
throttling amongst other things, which on this laptop is an issue since at 
100% cpu the fans run full tilt...

That said, the fix is easy to do (once you know about it)

and I whole heartly agree this is a great OS. Everyone I show compiz to is 
blown away...
