What happens if you remove this stuff from the device section?

       Option      "ConnectedMonitor" "CRT, TV"
## Options for simultaneous view on both CRT & TV
       Option      "TwinView" "True"
       Option      "TwinViewOrientation" "Clone"
       Option      "SecondMonitorHorizSync" "30-50"
       Option      "SecondMonitorVertRefresh" "60"

Does it work right when not using both CRT and TV? You might also try
searching and/or posting to the forum at http://www.nvnews.net/
