Gnome: undelete bottom taskbar

You can create a new one, and configure it to be like the old one. Not
sure if you can recover the old one tho.
To create a new one, right click on the existing taskbar, and select New
Panel. Then right click on the new one, select properties and change
the orientation to bottom.
