yumdownloader --source kernel # assumes you've enabled source repos

The current fedora kernel is based on 2.6.17.8 IIRC, so if you want to
diff it against the current 2.6.17.11, you'd have to grab the upstream
kernel source as well.

And it's a very tiny diff as well.
