Spam on the Rise. Any new tips?

Since this subject hasn't been dead for too long, Slashdot just linked 
to a how-to for configuring postfix to better filter SPAM.  Linky:

The article is a good step-by-step and includes lots of explanations of 
both what the author is trying to accomplish and how all the various 
files fit together.  One caveat, I run DSPAM on my server and sendmail 
to accomplish the same thing.
