Hi Jerin, 

I stopped running this service a few months ago, just checked again,
it's still stopped permanently.

My terminal output is below:

> [tony localhost ~]$ /sbin/service cpuspeed status
> cpuspeed is stopped
> [tony localhost ~]$ rpm -qa | grep cpuspeed
> cpuspeed-1.2.1-1.33
