kernel 2.6.17-1.2187_FC5smp panic

This kernel 2.6.17-1.2187_FC5smp is giving one of my boxes 
trouble.  The box went into kernel panic and won't boot.  The 
panic happens with in the first few seconds of boot.  It starts 
to do the kernel uncompressed but then goes to panic immediately.  
The box is running on kernel 2.6.17-1.2174_FC5smp right now 
because I can't get it to boot to the other.
