Boot the rescue CD in rescue mode.  Let the system mount the original
operating system.  Then:

	# chroot /mnt/sysimage
	# mount -a
	# /sbin/ldconfig -v
	# exit
	# exit

Pop out the CD and reboot the system.  That oughta do it.
