You can add the version to the package name to download a particular
version:

$ yumdownloader -e core-source --source kernel-2.6.18-1.2798.fc6

The updates-source repo can be skipped if you don't want to check that
repo for updated kernel sources.

Or, since you are already running 2.6.18-1.2798.fc6, you could use
uname -r:

$ yumdownloader -e core-source -e updates-source --source kernel-$(uname -r)

That should get the kernel source rpm for the currently running
kernel.
