anyone seen this nvidia problem?

After holiday weekend, finally got a chance to try this and am even more
confused :-). Apparently it does see 170 from the EDID info, but still
decides 135 is the right number. Does it have a database of monitor
names that is incorrect for my model number? Here's the relevant bits
