mpg123 issue

Hello,

I am using FC6
When I hover over an mp3 in Gnome I get some static because I need to run
"mpg123 -2 filename.mp3". Where in the Gnome setup can I change how it calls
mpg123 when I hover over an mp3 file?

I did right click on the file and that only lists the programs that are
called when I double click...
