format logwatch reports as html

There used to be a switch you could set in the configuration to format 
logwatch reports as html, which for my age is a bit easier to look through. 
It doesn't seem to be there any more - I've looked through the readme, the 
configuration document, and logwatch.conf itself, but I don't see any 
references to that option. Was it removed?
