I put my machine into console (aka VT) mode (ctrl-alt-Fx) when not in use. I want it to blank the monitor (DPMS). I figured out the commands to do this. But, this doesn't survive a reboot. Now, granted, I reboot rarely - but it's still a hassle. Is there a way to set up defaults, or issue those commands to the VT in the boot process?
