Error in creating cluster with Conga

Hello everyone,

I am trying to construct a cluster with CentOS 5. I am using Conga to
create a new cluster. I follow the instructions from the manual,  but
when I pressed "Create a cluster" tab, it prompt me "error in
locate/execute a module". Can anybody tell me which module it is? How
to solve this problem?
