SmoltSendProfile breaks

Hi!

I have Fedora Core 5 installed, when I run smoltSendProfile I get this:

UnicodeDecodeError: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xc3 in position 17:
ordinal not in range(128)

¿How can I fix it?
