Xen Issue - Random reboot/logout/freezes/kernel msgs/looping reboots/failed X server start

My install of 2.6.20-1.2944.fc6xen created horrendous problems.
Backing up to 2.6.20-1.2944.fc6 without xen fixed everything.
I have a Dell Precision 650.  Is anybody else seeing this?
