If it's always at the same time every day, don't ignore outside factors.  I
have heard stories about the janitor unplugging the server to plug in his
vacuum and other things like that.

It may not be that egregious , but that sounds like it's early enough in the
morning that folks might be cranking up a welder or a printing press or an air
conditioner or what-have-you.
